Excellent service - Isabel and Sarah were really helpful throughout the whole process. Had a slight issue with water supply which HV dealt with quickly. We booked a clearance and deep clean, really happy with the results & appreciate being sent photographs of all the cleared areas such as cupboards etc. Would highly recommend HV property services.

Just had my late father's flat cleared by HV Property Clearance. The whole team were brilliant. I spoke to Sarah and Isabel initially to get a quote and booked in, both these girls were lovely to speak to, incredibly patient, understanding and professional.
David and Andy who did the actual clearance were first class too. They came in and firstly introduced themselves, which for me made it more personal and comfortable. They worked away whilst respecting my property and listened to any concerns I had.
I honestly can't praise this company enough and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing this kind of service.

Fantastic service from first enquiry to job completion. All contact with the company was truly professional and friendly. Turned up on time on the day, cleared the house, tidied after them, and sent photos to show job completed. I was managing this at a distance and it was made so easy for me. I never normally leave reviews but this company was first class and I would highly recommend.

I contacted HV along with another two companies when I needed our offices cleared due to a relocation, they were in a right state. Isabel contacted me very quickly and arranged to view the work that needed done. She was great, explained the process and how they would recycle a lot of our unwanted furniture and other items, something the other companies didn't do. She was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The quote I received was very reasonable and the decision was made to go with them. We didn't regret it, they did a fantastic job and very quickly. They left the offices spotlessly clean and totally clear of all our junk which was no mean feat. I really can't praise them enough. Sarah in the office was a great source of assistance too, she dealt with all of my questions and kept me up to date throughout the whole process from booking right up to completion. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and I will certainly use them again.

HV have just finished clearing my late father's house and garden/workshop.
The service I received from all at HV was first rate.
They arrived,and finished when they said and were very professional and careful both in and outside the property.
Clean up was spot on as I had expected to have to clean after them but they left everything clean and tidy.
